Prices;
Sanaer Jewellery Creations Ltd reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Title Claim;
All jewellery will remain the property of Sanaer Jewellery Creations Ltd until such time as they are paid for. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery, but the ownership of the goods shall remain with Sanaer Jewellery Creations Ltd until full payment has been received from the buyer.

Breakages and Returns;
Claims must be made in writing to Sanaer Jewellery Creations Ltd within seven days of delivery.

Orders and Deliveries;
All UK mainland orders over £250 will be sent free of charge.  Orders will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.  For orders under £250 a shipment fee will be charged.

Payments;
Orders placed by customers should be paid in the following way: through Pay-Pal; personal cheques made out to 'Sanaer Jewellery Creations Ltd'; postal orders and bank transfers [BACS].

You can make an order by e-mail, fax or phone.  Please feel free to contact us for any queries relating to any of our products or services.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction.  All products are made to a high standard and are thoroughly inspected prior to dispatch by our quality control.  Therefore we are confident you will find no cause for complaint. However if any item is found to be faulty through manufacture we will refund or replace the item if the purchaser notifies us within 7 working days of receiving the faulty item.

Returns Policy
According to the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000, you are entitled to return any goods that are unwanted, or should you change your mind, within 7 working days of receipt.  You may be liable for the costs of return postage, but all other monies shall be returned to you by post within 30 days.  Refunds or replacements will only be dispatched once the original goods have been received by Sanaer Jewellery Creations Ltd.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sanaer Jewellery Creations Ltd also can offer a complete repair and repolishing service.  No item too small.  Certain items will need to be seen before work is carried out, but we will give free quotes on pieces seen.  We can email you a full list of prices and we have just a three day turnaround.

Services include:

• ring sizing,

• repairs to broken jewellery,

• replacing claws and broken gemstones,

• reshaping bent pieces of jewellery,

• replacing old and broken clasps and catches

• turning old pieces into new jewellery.
